What is a roll call (or rolecall)?[]
Each Sunday, at 00:00 AM EST all seats in the parliament will be emptied. Members of parties can then "report in" the whole sunday (24 hours) and will take a seat in the parliament again until the next Sunday. If after 24 hours a party is NOT represented by at least 3 members, the party will be removed from the parliament (3 people minimum rule). If the assembly is not completely full even after the roll call, it is possible for other parties and members to join in at a later time.
Parties (and especially party leaders!) are responsible for clearly indicating on their party page which member of their party is currently holding a seat. Only partymembers who hold a seat are to be called "Member of parliament" (MP) and can vote during sessions.
The reason for the weekly roll call is to "weed out" inactive members and parties.
Note: It is not possible to "report in" for someone other than yourself!
